Kim Kardashian reveals how she loses weight and keeps fit while travelling

Kim Kardashian has finally reached her goal weight with consistent exercise and now she's revealing how she keeps the weight off and stays fit while travelling.

"It's really hard when you travel so much to just take the time to workout and eat good," she said in a recent interview with AOL's ThatsFit.com. "I take an all natural diet supplement called QuickTrim and it gives me energy...and helps me not eat as much," she explains.

As for on-the-go workouts, Kim says you sometimes have to make time (and space!) for workouts to happen while on the road. "I think no matter what you can always do exercises in your home or your hotel room if you're travelling if there's no gym," she says. "It's just about trying to stay consistent."
