Always ones to spend as much time together as a family as possible, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale stepped out with their sons Kingston and Zuma in North Hollywood on Saturday (February 20).

With the No Doubt frontwoman tending to little Zuma while her Bush rocker hubby scooped up Kingston as they headed off to celebrate Victoria Beckham's youngest son Cruz's 5th birthday at Xtreme Martial Arts.

With Miss Stefani recently returned back home from presenting her L.A.M.B. collection in New York City during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, the blonde beauty confessed that she's dealing with quite the full plate at the moment.When asked about the possibility of adding to the family, Gwen replied, "It could happen. But who knows. I kinda have a lot on my plate right now being a mom. My three-year-old is so naughty and I have the baby as well."
