The stunning actress - who is regularly voted one of the world's sexiest women - wowed onlookers in a custom-designed red silk Giorgio Armani Privie mini-dress which was slashed seductively down to the waist, leaving little to the imagination.

One said: "Megan looked superhot and really was the star of the show. No wonder she has so many male fans all over the world - that Brian Austin Green is one lucky guy!"

While she's happy showing off her amazing figure in little dresses, Megan - who announced her engagement to former Beverly Hills 90210 star Brian earlier this week - recently announced she wanted corsets to make a comeback. The 24-year-old beauty had to wear one to play gun-wielding prostitute Lilah in Jonah Hex and says she would like them to become fashionable again because of how much they can change your figure.

The sexy star said: "I do think there's a place for corsets. I think they should come back. They should make a reappearance. I enjoy them, but maybe I'm sick."
