Sweet treats for Rihanna

After a raunchy performance to an audience filled with celebrities, the birthday celebrations really began for Rihanna.

The singer, who turned 23 on Sunday, went on to a party at a private Beverly Hills home. There she was toasted by some of the biggest names in music, and was treated to a sweet reminder of home.

Cupcakes bearing the flag of her native country Barbados were laid out for the singer.

Stars queuing up to wish the birthday girl many happy returns were P Diddy, Jay Z, Mary J Blige, and Snoop Dog.

Actors Zac Effron and Ryan Phillipe were also spotted giving her huge hugs.
